Refund Policy for Online Registration

Thank you for using our website for property reservations and bookings. By making a Registration through our website, you agree to the following refund terms and conditions:

1. Registration Amount

The registration amount paid through the website is considered an expression of interest and is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective project.

2. Cancellation by Customer

• A booking cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email to our official customer support email address.
• Cancellation requests will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receipt.

3. Refund Eligibility

• If the booking is cancelled within 7 days of payment and before allotment/confirmation of the property, the booking amount shall be refunded after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative expenses.
• After allotment, confirmation, or execution of any booking/application form, the refund shall be governed by the terms of the respective project and application form signed by the customer.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund shall be payable in the following circumstances:

• Submission of incorrect information by the applicant.
• Failure to complete documentation within the stipulated time.
• Violation of project booking terms and conditions.
• Any case where the booking amount has been specifically designated as non-refundable under the project terms.

5. Cancellation by Company

In the event the company is unable to allot the selected property due to any unforeseen circumstances, project withdrawal, or regulatory reasons, the booking amount received shall be refunded to the customer without interest, subject to applicable deductions of payment processing charges, if any.

6. Mode of Refund

All approved refunds shall be processed through the original mode of payment or through bank transfer to the customer's registered bank account.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take between 15 to 30 working days to reflect in the customer's account, depending upon banking and payment gateway procedures.
